1. BOSGOO Regulations for Return and Replacement

We have established this regulation for offering our customers the definite best quality products.
Tips: Items on Bosgoo can be custom-made, which strictly according to the measurements you send us, the color you choose, even the style you request (the last two are not recommended). While, you should know, online sale can not do the high class customization or tailor made, there should be the measurements, color, understanding on style aberration, there must be some different understanding between us, we cannot know if the dress we make for you is exactly the one in your imagination, so please consider carefully before making any order if you are a perfectionist.

1. Cancelling an Order Before Payment and After Payment Cancelling an Order Before Payment

If you have not paid for your order , and don’t need it any more, please let us know, we will not prepare but cancel the order for you. It will be good for our work and so important to us.
But if can’t get in touch with you before your payment, we will cancel your order after 7 days.
Note: If your order is more than a week old you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending payment, as prices, shipping rates and/or currency conversion rates may have changed. In this case, simply reorder your item.
Cancelling an Order after payment
If you have already paid for your order but want to cancel, please contact us(sales@bosgoo.com) as soon as possible:
1). Any order that is canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
2). Any order that is canceled after 24 hours but within 48 hours will be charged 25% commission from the total amount of your order.
3). Any order that is canceled after 48 hours but within 7 days will be charged 50% commission from the total amount of your order.
4). Orders can't be canceled after 7 days or before shipped.

2. If any Quality problem on your dress---
Reture and Refund:

Order is returnable and refundable if there is any quality problem as poor workmanship within 7 days after receipt, the shipping fee will be at our expense.
Order is returnable and refundable if you get the item with wrong color, the shipping fee will be at our expense.(This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor, extra lights when took photos, or any force majeure.)
Order is not returnable and refundable if you have changed style of the item.
Order is not returnable and refundable if you just say the item you get is not what in your imagination, because everyone will have his/her own understanding on the item's style.
If you insist to return your order which does not have obvious quality problem, Bosgoo will charge 85% commission from the total amount of your order. You need send the item back soon and shipping fee should be at your own expense.

Exchage and Replacement

1. Order is exchagable and replaceable if there is any quality problem as poor workmanship within 15 days after receipt, the shipping fee will be at BOSGOO's expense.
2. Order is exchagable and replaceable if you say don't like the style or color or something like that within 15 days after receipt, all the costs for shipping to and fro will be at YOUR expense.
3. We only accept products in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged - and must have the tags intact and still attached. Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
Please NOTE that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service first.
Caveat emptor statement
All dresses from Bosgoo are made by our tailors in factory, not the ones in stocks. Please confirm carefully about color, size and any other things you concern about, to make sure your order is all right.
About size: Bosgoo can make dresses by custom-size, and make the dress only when gets your order. We make the dresses strictly according to your measurements, but it is still different with tailor made or high class custom made, for which you need go to the tailor who will make you the dress. It is online shop, so it is impossible for you to come here. Maybe you asked your local tailor to make the measurements for you, but you need know, the method and manipulation for measuring will be a little different for different tailors. So there should and must be have some size aberration, so any aberration around 5cm is in normal range, the dress cannot be returned or replacement)
About color: Order is nor returnable or replaceable if the color difference is caused by your display monitor, extra lights when took photos, or any other force majeure.
Others: We never recommend any customer to change the style, but if you want, we would like to do it for you. While you need know, no online shop can make real tailor-made dress since they cannot see you, maybe we have different understanding about the style, so it is not returnable or replaceable for tailor-made dress.

Mis-shipped items: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. Or, you return the mis-shipped item and get a full refund plus the shipping fee.
Items are lost during delivery
If your item is lost during delivery, we will reship you the same one as soon as confirm the truth.
Late Delivery
If the item has not been send out to you when it is already late, we will offer a full refund for late delivery.
If the item has been shipped but get to you too late, and you want to return it back after consultion, then you send it back to us, we refund all of your money back, but the costs for send item back should be at your expense.
PS: We will refund your money back as soon as get the returned item and confirm there is no problem with the item-- We only accept products in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged - and must have the tags intact and still attached. Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
Note: All the personal clothes, like swimsuit, bikni, underwear., etc cannot be returned back but the quality problems.

4. What materials do you usually use on your wedding dress products?

Chiffon: Delicate, sheer, and transparent -- made from silk or rayon, with a soft finish; often layered because of its transparency, making it popular for overskirts, sheer sleeves, and wraps. Organza: Crisp and sheer like chiffon, with a stiffer texture similar in effect to tulle, but more flowing; popular for skirts, sleeves, backs, and overlays. Satin: A heavy, smooth fabric with a high sheen on one side; very common in bridal gowns. Silk: The most sought-after, cherished fiber for wedding dresses (and also the most expensive). 5. How can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?

We do have fabric swatches available for purchase for only $19.99 per fabric type such as satin, chiffon and Martin, but you will also need to pay the shipping cost.

6. How do I decide what size to order?

You can choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements. Please view our Size Chart>> Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure>> Even if there is some fluctuation in the size you need, all our dresses are made with a margin for modification or alteration. The modification or alteration can be made by your local tailor.

7. What modifications and alterations are normally done to a dress to make it fit?

A number of alterations can be made: 1) Side seams and Back Seams - The side seams and back seam in the torso can be taken in or let out to make a wedding dress fita bride. This is true even for gowns ordered to size. Wedding gowns are usually made to allow the side seams to be let out upto 3 inches or 1-2 sizes*. Additionally, the back seam often can be let out slightly to size up further. *Depending on the gown 2) Shoulders - It is also common for shoulder seams to be taken in to bring up a gown. 3) Hem - The length of a dress can be shortened only and is affected by the height of the shoe you are planning to wear. Some gowns can only be shortened from the waist. Other gowns can only be shortened by taking up the hemline. 4) Bustle - The bustle is a way to hook the train up in the back so that the dress can be worn comfortably after the ceremony. Bustling a dress is part of the alterations for any gown that has an attached train.

8. How much will alterations cost?

Obviously, a number of factors go into the overall cost of alterations. Depending on the city you live, your seamstress, and the designer and details of your gown. Then if you want to change the style of it in some way, that may also increase the cost of your alteration. We have included below some guidelines to give you an idea of how much seamstresses generally charge for each type of alteration. Hem (alters length) $75.00 and up Side Seams/backseams: (alters fit of bodice) $45.00 and up Shoulders: (raises gown up) $25.00 and up Sleeves: (to alter length) $35.00 and up Sleeves: (to change style) $40.00 and up Bustle: (keeps train up for ceremony) $85.00 and up. The style of bustle will vary depending on the length of the train, the silhouette of the gown, and the fabric. Your seamstress will help you decide which bustle is best for your dress. Bra Cups: $25.00 and up

9. Will I be required to pay import duty by my country's Custom House?

Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal imports.

10. What is the delivery time for orders?

It will take 19-28 working days to tailor your wedding dresses and 17-26 days for formal dresses by the professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-8 working days for the package to travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc) standard.

11. What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere in the world.

12. What is a Fast Track order?

Delivery for Fast Track orders is approximately 1-2 weeks dependent upon the manufacturer's schedule. The fee for the Fast Track service is dependent on the designer and will be displayed on the product page and will be added to your total price. Fast Track service is not available for all dresses.

13. When should I order?

Orders take 2-3 weeks for delivery from the designer to your place. Fast Track order dresses are shipped from our manufacturers within 1-2 weeks of the purchase depending on availability. Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

14. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment either by Credit Card, Western Union or direct wire transfer.

15. What about pressing?

Pressing for any gown is done after alterations and a few days before your wedding. It can be done either by your seamstress or a dry cleaner. Be sure to ask your seamstress whether they will be pressing the gown. There usually is an additional charge for this service other than your alteration cost. If the wedding will be in another state/country than that of where the alterations are being done you will need to find someone else to press your gown. The pressing should be done as close to the wedding date and the wedding site as possible. Be sure to find out in advance how much time they will need to press the gown. Some places will require the gown 72 hours before the wedding.

16. Are these used dresses?

All gowns and products we offer are new and direct from the designer. We do not accept or offer resale items.

17. How do I contact Customer Service?
